Child's Imagination wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please open and inspect your order upon receipt.

If for any reason, an item does not meet your satisfaction, please e-mail us at info@childsimagination.com for return authorization.

Please include your order number, name, address, contact number and reason for return. All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and must be in original packing with packing slip included, undamaged and in sellable condition.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of our receipt for credit to be applied to your account.

Please Note: All returns must have Return Authorization in order to be processed. No returns will be processed without a Return Authorization.

Shipping rates are calculated directly from USPS to ensure accuracy of charges.

Domestic Customers:
-All domestic orders will be provided with a tracking number so you can track delivery of your order.

International Customers:
-Shipping Confirmation numbers are available on all international packages. Tracking numbers are only available on Priority or Express International Shipping Options.
-Please allow 7-14 business days from when you receive your shipping confirmation for your order to arrive.
