If for any reason, an item does not meet your satisfaction, please e-mail us at info@childsimagination.com for return authorization.
Please include your order number, name, address, contact number and reason for return. All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and must be in original packing with packing slip included, undamaged and in sellable condition. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Please allow 7 – 10 business days from the date of our receipt for credit to be applied to your account.
Please Note: All returns must have Return Authorization in order to be processed. No returns will be processed without a Return Authorization.

Most items ship within 2-3 business days. Express shipping is available at an additional charge. Shipping rates are calculated directly from USPS to ensure accuracy of charges. All domestic orders will be provided with a tracking number so you can track delivery of your order.
